Adults 18 and over
Responsible play
Gaming here is optional, priced entertainment. It is not an income, not an investment, and not something the house will ever encourage you to extend. Everything on this page is available to you the moment you ask, free, without explanation.

What we promise
- Hosts are salaried and take no share of what any table makes.
- No credit is extended to anyone, in any form, ever.
- No cash machine on the gaming floor, and no cheques cashed there.
- No bonuses, comped play, loyalty tiers or promotional material anywhere on the property.
- Clocks on every wall, windows to the outside, and a closing time honoured to the minute.
- Free water, coffee and hot food available all evening, brought to you if you would rather not get up.
- Nothing about your play is discussed with another guest, or with anyone who telephones asking.
Tools you can use tonight
- Loss limit — a ceiling for the day, the week or the month, set at the cash desk.
- Time limit — a host will tell you when you reach it and stop dealing to you.
- Card holding — leave your payment card at the desk for the evening and collect it in the morning.
- Break reminders — a fixed interval after which someone will interrupt you, by agreement.
- Self-exclusion — from one month to permanent. Free, effective immediately, and deliberately not reversible before it expires.
Any of these takes about five minutes at the cash desk, at any point in the evening. You can also arrange them in advance by writing to care@{domain}, and they will be in place before you arrive.
Signs worth taking seriously
Most people play for an hour, lose or win a modest amount, and go to dinner. It stops being that when any of the following starts to feel familiar:
- Playing longer or for more than you decided beforehand, repeatedly.
- Returning to win back what you lost.
- Borrowing, or using money set aside for something else.
- Hiding how much time or money is going into it.
- Feeling that you cannot leave the room while a session is unresolved.
- Sleep, work or people at home suffering for it.
None of this is unusual and none of it is a character failing. It is, however, a good reason to stop for the night and to use one of the tools above.
Where to get independent help
Support that has nothing to do with us is usually the most useful kind. National gambling helplines are free, confidential and open long hours in most countries, and many offer chat as well as telephone. Your own doctor can refer you to local services, and organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous run meetings in most regions.
Ask the duty manager at any hour for the current printed list of helplines and services for this region, including numbers for family members who are worried about someone else. It is kept at the front desk and at the cash desk, and handing it over is not a conversation anyone has to justify.
Under 18
The gaming floor is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, with photo identification checked on every entry. Anyone under 18 found inside is removed, and the staff member who admitted them answers for it. Nothing in the rooms, on the key cards or in our correspondence advertises gaming.
Excluding yourself in advance
If you are staying here with family and would rather not be able to enter the floor at all, write to care@{domain} before you travel. We will register the exclusion, leave the floor off your key card, and instruct the door staff. You will not be asked about it at check-in, and nobody will mention it in front of anyone else.
