These pages are published by {domain} Hospitality AS to describe the property and its facilities. They are informational. Using the site means accepting the terms below; if you do not accept them, please simply leave the site.

Accuracy

We keep hours, room descriptions and facilities up to date and check them each season, but details change — a boat comes out of the water, a sauna is relined, a kitchen closes for a week in January. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here guarantees the availability of a particular room, table, treatment or game. Anything that matters to your trip should be confirmed with us in writing before you travel.

Age and gaming

The gaming floor is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and photo identification is checked on every entry. Nothing on this site is an inducement to gamble, and we publish no odds, bonuses, promotions or free play. Where local law restricts information of this kind, it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you.

Reservations and cancellation

• A reservation exists once we have sent written confirmation.
• Cards are held to secure a room and charged on departure.
• Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival; one night is charged after that.
• Failure to arrive without notice is charged as one night.
• Rates quoted include breakfast, the spa, parking and use of the boats and walking gear.

House terms

• Quiet hours run 22:30 to 07:30 and are enforced.
• The building is entirely non-smoking, including balconies and the courtyard.
• Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear.
• We may refuse service or entry to the gaming floor where a guest is intoxicated, where identification cannot be shown, or where a self-exclusion is in place.
• Staff instructions relating to safety, the water and the quay must be followed.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and photography on this site belong to {domain} Hospitality AS. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not republish the pages in full, or present them as your own property or as a partner site.

Where we link to a helpline, a regulator or a local service, we do so because we think it useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish.

Liability

We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or for losses arising from gaming, which is entertainment undertaken at the guest's own risk and expense.

Complaints and law

Tell the duty manager first — most things are fixed the same evening. Written complaints go to post@{domain} and are answered within fourteen days. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the property operates, and disputes belong to the courts of that country.
